Apartment entrance by lift or stairs.

The front door leads directly into the apartment with a convivial living area to the left and the well equipped kitchen area to the right.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and four ringed ceramic hob, the living area has a small tv with a dvd player. The long south facing balcony is accessed through the living area, superb views of the Mont Blanc range, Les Aiguilles de Chamonix and La Verte and les Drus.

The Central corridor runs the length of the apartment with the independent WC on the right followed by the bathroom which is equipped with a washing machine, bathtub and shower attachment.

 

At the end of the corridor are the two bedrooms,

The double bedroom is to the left with views of the Mont Blanc and the twin to the right with views upto the Brevent and Les Aiguilles Rouges. Both bedrooms have wardrobes.
