Large spacious apartment on the top floor of a small résidence situated right on the edge of the town center. Lots going for this apartment despite it's slightly dated appearance, the large fireplace, convivial living area, south facing balcony with superb views, independent bedrooms and a decent storage space in hall way and staircase.
Restaurants, bars, shops and all the benefits of the town center just a short walk away. Bus stops in proximity too.
Entrance to this apartment on the first floor, good sized hallway for ski, board and boot storage. A short flight of stairs leads on to the main body of the apartment.
Landing at the top of the stairs has a couple of chairs and serves two bedrooms, the kitchen, living area and wc. The first bedroom, on the right has two single beds - a single sofa bed and a pull out single bed, there is storage space and a wash hand basin. The other bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and twin single beds. Both of these rooms have views up to the Brevent.
The living area is dominated by the large fireplace, with sofa and easy chairs. Doors out to the south facing balcony with views of the Mont Blanc range, the dining area is in retreat from the living area and has a good sized table and chairs, good views of les Aiguilles de Chamonix. The kitchen area, seperated from the dining area by a bar and worksurface is equipped with oven, four electric rings, a dishwasher and two fridges.
Off the living area is the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. Views of the Mont Blanc.
