The Bells is a large chalet of a surface area of 220m² with it’s own garden, ideally situated on the edge of Chamonix, beside the river l’Arve, in easy walking distance of the town centre, the swimming pool complex, ice skating rink, cross country ski trails and Brevent bunny runs. Built in the 1950s the chalet has been undergoing renovation. 

Entrance into a hall way with staircase (which gives access to the bedrooms both up and downstairs). To the left is the living area , made up of the sitting area with numerous sofas and easy chairs around the fire place. Behind this is the dining area with tables and chairs and doors out to the South facing balcony. Excellent views from these rooms up to the Mont Blanc range. 

Along the corridor to the kitchen, slightly dated but equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave oven. Master bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom with a single bed . Bathroom and independent wc. 

Upstairs to a further three rooms, the first with a double bed and balcony, the second with two single beds and a dormitory with several single beds and limited head room. This floor has a shower room. 

Down stairs to the garden level with a further two bedrooms, one double the other with two single beds. On this level there is also a room with a tv and video recorder. Second bathroom and another room with a washing machine and a dryer. 

Storage room for Skis. Door out to the large garden. 

There is a garage with parking for two cars.
