Chalet Le Courtil is situated in a quiet residential area about 6 minutes stroll from the center of Chamonix. 
Agreeable Chalet on three floors, set in it's own spacious grounds. Superb South facing views.

 

Ground floor has garage entrance, lounge/television room with dvd player and doors out to the large private garden next door to this is a bedroom with three single beds, a wash hand basin and an ensuite shower. There is a w.c. off the lounge area. 

 

Up stairs to kitchen, equipped with an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge and a microwave. Next door is a large dining area with fireplace, benches and tables and an exit to the balcony…again with excellent views of the Mont Blanc range. Twin bedroom, bathroom with old fashioned hip bath/shower, w.c. and wash hand basin on this floor too. 

 

Upstairs past another w.c. situated on a half landing and finally the top floor with shower room and wash hand basin, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin room and a triple bed room. 

 

In the garden there is a "mazot" a small independent wooden building with a pull down double sofa bed, shower and w.c.

 

Weekend rentals accepted.
